We check every order before shipping them out to you to ensure that your orders meet our high quality standard. However, we're not perfect – defects may occur occasionally.
In the unlikely event that your orders arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us right away at email@example.com/ within 7 days to give us a chance to make things right again.
1.Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org/ and let us know about the issue.
2.Please let us know your order number, attached photo of the defects and page number if any.
3.We'll get back to you within 3 working days.
Please note: We can only process return requests that are within 7 days of receipt of the order. As the personalized products have no intrinsic value on the open market, we are unable to give refunds due to product defects, however we can get it replaced.
We regret that we cannot issue refunds for errors beyond our control, such as mistakes in typing, grammar, design, image resolution,image quality and book sizes. Please note that slight color variations can occur project-to-project, as well as between computer screen and print. These slight variations are normal and not a cause for replacement or refund.
